John envisioned a hospice program that encompassed compassionate care with home based nursing solutions. John felt his team of nurses, LNAs, physicians, and caregivers could provide care that surpasses any industry standards and is provided in house to the residents at Harmony Homes By the Bay. The unique design of Unity Hospice that has not been provided before! With John’s guidance and leadership, we are able to change the way Hospice care is delivered.

Rebecca “Becca” Wittman
Becca is a self-proclaimed "nerd" with a passion for efficiency, problem solving and service. She has an extensive background in healthcare project management, and values integrity, grace and innovation. In her personal life, Becca enjoys being with her kids and critters, creating art and exploring the outdoors.

Trisha Sullivan, RN
Trisha is a skilled nurse with decades of experience in caring for patients and families. She is a strong leader who values dignity, integrity and loyalty. Outside of work she likes to go hiking and spend time with her children. She listens to R&B and "old school" music.

Roman Archer
Roman has over 15 years of experience as an ordained minister and brings kindness, curiosity, and humility to every encounter. As the on-call Hospice Chaplain, he provides compassionate pastoral care and advocates for spiritual resources, fostering connections among patients, clergy, and staff.
Outside of work, Roman enjoys spending time with family, exploring nature, reading and traveling to new places.
Social Services
Kaitlyn Donovan
Social services help our families through the end-of-life process by providing emotional, mental, and financial assistance on a monthly basis. Kaitlyn is currently working towards finishing her MSW at the University of New Hampshire. She has experience with case management and brings honesty, compassion and empathy through the end of life process.

Gus
With his gentle demeanor, he is a great companion for our hospice residents. Pet therapy isn’t limited to just dogs. In hospice, it is important for our patients to say goodbye to their loved ones of all kinds. We can help make this happen.
Gus is a goldendoodle on site who is available for snuggles and treats!
